Key Challenges
Bringing the EON Laser to life presented a myriad of technical challenges, particularly in integrating its 21" touch screen and robotic arm with required rage and accuracy. Ensuring the laser umbilical and cold air supply were carried and delivered by the robotic arm required a series of iterations to find an elegant solution. Leveraging human factors & ergonomics we ensured the touchscreen and various interaction points were located in easily accessible locations. Our team's meticulous attention to detail ensured that development challenges were met with innovative solutions, balancing usability and safety to deliver a seamless user experience.
